When I crocheted single crochet stitches onto the Crochet Chain Provisional Cast On and unraveled the provisional chain, I noticed it had the same structure as the Two-Color Braided Cast On (Kihnu Troi Cast On).
In other words, if you can crochet single crochet stitches, you can create a Two-Color Braided Cast On by simply transferring them to a knitting needle.
